STAGE-ONE

This is your first stage of association with us after registering.You are designated as consultant. You shall be promoting our following products to the inviduals-

1.Online cum Correspondence coaching courses in  engineering, medical, law, MBA entrance and for Civil Services.

2.Online cum Correspondence tuition on costing, chartered accountancy, company secretaryship.

3.Online practice tests on above subjects.

4.Career Counselling Programs.

5.Job posting and Biodata/resume writing assistance

6.Promoting Ekalavya.com brand among students.

Each program has its remuneration structure and target oriented incentives.On an average,you earn 15% of course fees.

STAGE-TWO

On successful completion of stage one, you are upgraded to the second stage and designated as Business Associate . Apart from discharging duties as in stage one, other consultants are assigned to you and you get a certain percentage of remuneration that they get by canvassing business, in addition to your own commission. You also have limited recruiting power to select consultants, marketing executives.The additional remuneration you receive is roughly 5% of course fees. 

STAGE-THREE

At this stage,you have the option of acting as a franchisee of ekalavya.com with a clearly defined income scheme.
